Suck and Moan

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Joel has lived and performed in Los Angeles since graduating from Pepperdine University.

His film resume includes studio fare ("The Heartbreak Kid," "Valkyrie," "Music Within") and well-received indie faves ("Ashes," "Long Term Relationship," "Gone But Not Forgotten") among many others; and his television resume is just as full with guest spots on "Monk," "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior," "The Defenders" and numerous other shows, and the lead along with Henry Winkler in the currently-in-development "Hillers."

The award-winning comedy duo "Deven & Joel" (with wife Deven Green) has been performing since 1998 with headlining gigs around the country, a number of fund-raisers and even entertaining the troops in the Middle East. Joel earned a Best Actor nomination in the 1st Annual Streamy Awards for "After Judgment."

"Suck And Moan" marks his first foray into producing a full series (after helping to produce "Trespassing on the Lot" and internet phenom "Betty Bowers: America's Best Christian.")
